We offer a fixed fee service £10 per each certified document (maximum 3 pages).
- CERTIFYING LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEYS – £40 each
- LAND REGISTRY ID1 FORMS – £50 each
- SWEARING AN OATH/STATUTORY DECLARATION – £10 plus £2 per attachment

Miscellaneous Fees
EXPEDITION FEES for dealing with Wills, Codicils and LPAs will be added if a quick turnaround is required – starting at £200 + VAT on top of the above quoted price
HOME ATTENDANCE FEES for Wills, Codicils and LPAs (within 10 miles of SE9 2DN) – will incur an additional £100 + VAT (for no more than 2 attendances)
